Job Description 

• Coordinate with the Product Development departments to design, document product descriptions that satisfy the user experience.
• Research, refer to the partner’s technical documents to understand the technical flow
  • Process flow between 2 parties.
  • Possible problems with the system.
• Conduct discussions with the UI/UX team in the product development department for product document.
• Proactively propose improvement of technical flows to relevant departments, if the flow affects the user experience.
• Acceptance and assessment of products before deploying to users.
• Before the function is deployed to users, it is necessary to go through the service test of the QC team.
• If the function has been tested successfully by QC, BA is responsible for pre-acceptance test of the product before deploying to users.
• Manage products/services
• Support updating products and services when the product has been deployed to the users.

Job Requirements 

• 2 years and up experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Business Analyst.
• Having experience in banking or financial company is a plus.
• Knowledge about e-wallets, credit cards, payment accounts, …
• Good documentation and presentation skills.
• Modeling and Design business process.
• Can read and design in UML language, familiar with Use-cases diagram and Sequence Diagram, able to understand and design a Relation Entity Diagram.
• Data-driven.
• Collaborative.
• UI/UX.
• Be able to communicate, read, write and understand specifications in English.
• Ability to work with high intensity, good research ability, and passion for work.
• Ability to work independently or on a team.
